Integrated Management System

Following the requirements of the current market we have developed our quality management system, which has been certified according to ISO 9000 standards since June 2000. Subsequently, and in line with our policy, we implemented during 2013 an environmental management system according to ISO 14001 and an occupational health and safety system according to OHSAS 18001. In May 2014 we certified these standards in order to validate our Integrated Management System.

Policies

BRINELL S.R.L., for the production and sale of steel castings, has established the following principles for its integrated management of Quality, Environment and Safety and Occupational Health:

• Manufacture and market cast steel parts that meet the needs of its customers and comply with applicable national and international standards.
• Continuously and systematically improve the efficiency of the integrated management system.
• Maintain a personalized treatment with clients, providing comprehensive advice and effective solutions.
• Comply with applicable legal requirements, and any other to which the organization subscribes, including those related to environmental aspects and occupational health and safety.
• Involve personnel to ensure that the commitment to environmental care and occupational safety and health, be their own and can not be delegated, incorporating prevention of environmental pollution and injuries and diseases.
• Maintain the technological updating of production equipment and those related to the environment.
• Communicate this policy and ensure that it is understood by all staff, own or contracted, and stakeholders of the organization.

The Management undertakes to periodically review this Integrated Policy to ensure its continued suitability, and to provide the necessary resources for its compliance.
